At Loved Buy Baby we endeavour to create the very best shopping experience for our customers. We are only human and unfortunately mistakes can happen so we reserve the right to cancel an order up until delivery.
All of our products are checked before they are advertised but as they are pre-loved we cannot offer a guarantee. If a product stops working within 7 days we are happy to accept the product back for a refund or exchange. Such an exchange or refund will be entirely at the discretion of the management following an inspection by the management of the item in question.
As such, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever should a child be injured due to a fault with any product and we advise that all customers check that they are happy with the product when they receive it and before it is put into use. We recommend that an appropriate adult check the item for safety prior to allowing a child to use it and that an appropriate adult supervises children using the item at all times.
In the unlikely event that there is any fault or damage with your order please contact us ASAP and we will endeavour to replace or refund your item. Please note that faulty goods will be replaced or refunded up to 14 days of purchase but damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return your item for another reason we are happy to do this within 14 days of purchase but we cannot cover the delivery/ postage costs.
